Information on this website
The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed plumber. Most plumbing, drainage and all gas work in Queensland must be done by a licensed tradesperson.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when our office contacts you. For a burst pipe, sewage overflow or gas smell, call us or 000 if there is danger.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or move a booking. A call-out fee may apply if a plumber arrives and cannot access the property.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown are starting prices. Every job is given a fixed price before work starts, and larger jobs are quoted in writing.
