What information do we collect?

We collect the personal information needed to quote and carry out plumbing work: your name, contact details, property address, access notes, photos of the job, quotes, invoices and payment records.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To quote, schedule and carry out work, send booking confirmations and reminders, issue invoices and compliance paperwork, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in the job or payment, such as a property manager or builder you have named, suppliers delivering parts, regulators where compliance lodgement is required, or where the law requires it. Our software providers store data under contract and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How is it stored?

Job records are kept in secure business software with restricted access, and held for the periods required by law.

Can I see or correct my records?

Yes. Ask the office manager in writing and we will respond within 30 days. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
